Stéphane Moulin (coach of Angers, beaten 0-1 by Montpellier) : “It is not easy to take a goal five minutes from the end. There were moments in this second period. It was evident that the team that would score first would win. Unfortunately for us, it was Montpellier. I have nothing to reproach the players. Physically, it was a bit hard late in the game. But after the first half a bit dull, we managed to put them in trouble in the second period. But it pulls on the bar and like on Sunday, they can save on their line. Unfortunately, the scenarios are repeated and we are unfavourable. I hope that on the 3rd competition (the championship), it’s not going to continue. It restarts 2018 as we finished 2017, there is clearly not helped by the fate. We played our card to the bottom, it was not enough.”
