The national technical director of judo, Abdelmalek Aït Mouffok, has been reappointed, announced the Algerian Federation of the discipline (FAJ) on Thursday. The decision was taken during the meeting of the Federal Office of the body, held Tuesday in Oran. Several other positions were allocated during this meeting, including that of president of the Athletes’ Commission, entrusted to the international judokate, Belkadi Amina, aged 32 and member of the Dynamique Sportive club of Baba Hassen. The work of this meeting was marked by the presence of Mohamed Meridja, first vice-president of the African Judo Union, who took the opportunity to discuss several development projects with the current president of the FAJ, Yacine Sillini , underlines the same source. In his speech, the first head of the FAJ urged the new leaders to “work hard, to live up to the trust” placed in them.
