In Mexico they are scared to debut young

Diego Lainez debuted in the America at 16 years of age and 8 months. At 18, he was already playing in Europe, with Betis de Sevilla.

Although he still has a long way to go, Lainez is a sign that confidence in young people is not something to be taken lightly.

Before the debut of the young Mexico-Argentine Luka Romero in Mallorca at the age of 15, Lainez praised the club’s attitude and directed his bullets towards Mexican soccer: “We are scared that a child can debut”.

In an interview with the Marca newspaper, Lainez stated: “We all want to go fast, but it is process things, sometimes age has little to do with it. There (in Mexico) they despair because you don’t mature quickly, but as long as you don’t stop fighting, you can show that you have talent and that you can trust us”.
