Turkish press reveals the reason for the break between Mauricio Isla and Fenerbahce

The situation of Mauritius Island and the Fenerbahce continues to speak in Turkey. The departure of Huaso from the Turkish giant has not left anyone indifferent in that country and little by little details of the true reason for his goodbye begin to be known.

Now it was the local press that revealed the fact that caused the break between the Red side and the club’s management. As Posta reported, everything collapsed between both parties over money issues.

The publication ensures that the administration opted to invest in players who were more profitable for them in the future instead of paying the corresponding salaries during the economic crisis within the club.

This was exemplified by Luiz Gustavo, a Fenerbahce midfielder and to whom his entire salary would have been paid, while Isla was owed money for seven months. This would have generated the annoyance of the Chilean, who threatened to go to FIFA.

Everything ended up being defined in a meeting between both parties, where they sat down to negotiate their departure before the end of the tournament and left Huaso in his current situation. One in which he meditates on his possible return to South America and where his arrival at Boca Juniors would be almost ready.
