Madden 21 predicts winner of Trubisky vs Foles

Madden 21 should be out soon. The long-standing franchise has built a solid reputation during the year. No surprise when the market is cornered on the sport. One source of constant debate is the game’s rating system. Each year, each player’s latest ratings are published, providing a manufacturer’s rating of who is the best in the NFL. In the case of the Chicago Bears, this honor once again goes to Khalil Mack, who obtained an overall score of 97.

Another interesting use consists in evaluating their reflections on certain composition competitions. In the case of the Bears, who seems to be the favorite to win the starting quarterback position? Nick Foles or Mitch Trubisky? Last year was interesting. Trubisky had a rating of 75 in 2019. The Poles were seated at 77. The two ended up struggling for different reasons. Both partly because of injuries and also because of wider problems with their respective offenses.

You would think that the Poles would probably still have a slight advantage, right? Nope. According to the newly published notes, Trubisky overtook the veteran by a slim margin, 72 to 71. While Foles has the advantage in terms of awareness and precision, Trubisky claims superiority in terms of speed and throwing power. It is clear that the designers believe that its mobility gives it a slight advantage in the battle to come.

Madden 21 clearly has no confidence in either QB

The interesting story is the brutal fall of the Foles. Go from 77 to 71 in one year. Obviously, they were influenced by what happened to him in Jacksonville. First with the collarbone injury, then being benched for rookie Gardner Minshew. All the goodwill he had accumulated in the previous two years by winning the Super Bowl and bringing Philadelphia back to the playoffs has long since disappeared.

Trubisky dropping from 75 to 72 is not a big shock after his dismal 2019. The fact that he is the starter established in this crazy COVID-19 off-season confirms at least their assessment that he could have a slight advantage over the Poles . The absence of mini-camps and OTA will make it difficult for the incoming veteran to connect with the vast body of receptors. Not to mention a shortened preseason.

Unless Trubisky completely reeks of training camp, the odds are in his favor.
