In the second round, teams that did not make the playoffs were assigned draft positions 31-44 based on the win rates in the 2019-20 regular season matches played up to 11 March 2020, and the teams that made the playoffs were awarded 45-60 draft positions based on combined payout percentages in 2019-20 regular season matches played up to 11 March 2020 and seeded matches (in both cases, teams with identical payout percentages they will select in reverse order of the order in which they select the lap in the first).
  3. Regarding the win percentage tie between New Orleans and Sacramento: The selection order in the first round (and therefore the reverse order in the second round) will be determined by the Draft Lottery on August 20, 2020.
