Formula 1 has a calendar for this season: Turkey, but not China

The Grand Prix of Turkey returns to the Formula 1 calendar this year. A total of four races have been definitively added to the program for this season, bringing the total to seventeen.

After Istanbul on November 15, two more races will follow in Bahrain, after which the year will close on December 13 in Abu Dhabi. Initially, Shanghai also seemed to be on the schedule, but the preference is therefore for Turkey.

Due to the corona pandemic, the season started almost four months later than planned. Six of the seventeen races have now been completed. Lewis Hamilton is the leader in the standings with 132 points, followed by Max Verstappen (95) at a considerable distance.
