But what exactly is Project Mbappe? Objective check it out, as well as the best of the social media memes surrounding it.
What is Project Mbappe?
The Project Mbappe concept has grown as a viral phenomenon on social media, detailing the fantastic goal of turning your son into the next Kylian Mbappe through a ruthless and intense football coach from an early age.
The Mbappe project is relatively ironic, but there’s no denying that raising your son or daughter to become the next GOAT in football is a tempting thought.
The crux of the Mbappe Project is the idea of living indirectly through your child and making them emerge as a football prodigy as soon as possible.
This, then, invites a whole barrage of humor – with soccer fans joking about turning into soccer moms and envisioning a high-intensity training regimen as soon as their child has the ability to walk.
The jokes write themselves: play your unborn baby the Champions League anthem and make sure he catches the concept of good footwork while still in the crib.
Obviously, becoming the next Mbappe is no easy feat. Hard work and talent are only one side of Mbappe’s abilities – luck, being extraordinarily gifted and true luck are another, and you can’t “project” it. Mbappe were born, not created.
But we are happy to be proven wrong and we lie awaiting the arrival of the next generation of young Mbappe.

The Mbappe project is not really a joke. If my child kicks in the womb, I ask my wife “How was his technique? Knuckleball? Does he have two feet?”. There is no time to slow down.
