The NFL must also deal with the coronavirus. While the American football league has already had to bypass its preseason because of the health context in the United States, it is the regular season that is affected this time. Indeed, while the Tennessee Titans were to face the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday at 7:00 p.m. as part of the 3rd week, the meeting was postponed to a later date because the formation based in Nashville must face several cases of coronavirus within of their organization, players and staff. As a result, the franchise has closed its facilities and canceled all training until further notice.

While the season’s schedule has already been reshaped to give both teams an extra week of rest, moving their non-game week to week four of the season, the new fixture’s schedule was quickly confirmed by the NFL. Indeed, the two teams will finally meet on October 25, still at 7:00 p.m., as part of the 7th week of the regular season. A date change that forced the NFL to postpone for a week, to the 8th week of the regular season, the meeting between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens. Disruptions which, in view of the health situation in the United States, are probably only beginning.
