At least ten points for three Latvian basketball players in a Polish championship match

Latvian basketball player Jānis Bērziņš scored 14, and Rolands Freimanis added 11 points to the success of Zelona Gura’s “Stelmet Enea” in the Polish championship on his field over Radoma’s “Hydrotrack” on Monday, for which Roberts Stumbris scored ten points.

The Stelmet Enea team beat Radoma’s Hydrotrack team at home with 111:80 (32:17, 21:22, 27:17, 31:24).

Bērziņš spent 22 minutes and 35 seconds in the ranks of the winners, in which only one rebound was missing to “double-double”. He made two of the four two-point and two of the five three-point shots in the basket, as well as all four free throws.

Bērziņš also scored one assists and one intercepted ball, made two mistakes, collected three personal notes and two provoked notes for opponents. His efficiency was 18, and the Latvian basketball player finished the game with the second best +/- score in the game 31.

Freimanis spent 20 minutes and 52 seconds on the court, during which one of the two two-point and two of the four three-point shots, as well as all three free throws, was broadcast in the basket.

Freimanis also scored three rebounds and two assists, occasionally made a mistake and received a personal note, provoked three remarks to opponents, and ended the game with an efficiency factor of 12.

In the ranks of opponents, Stumbris, who started the season in Iceland, took three of the eight long shots and one of the two free throws in the 23 minutes and 37 seconds on the court, but did not hit his only two-point shot.

He also won four rebounds, scored three times, broke the rules three times and provoked a remark to his opponent, made two mistakes, intercepted one ball, and scored nine efficiency points.

In Zelona Gura’s team, Gabriel Lungbergs was the most productive with 22 points, also accumulating nine productive passes and five balls won under the baskets, but Aleksandrs Levandovskis scored 15 points for the opponents.

With ten victories in 11 games, the fourth place in the tournament table is taken by Zelona Gura’s “Stelmet Enea” represented by Rolands Freimanis and Jānis Bērziņš. Radoma basketball players with three successes in 13 fights are in the 14th position, but Lublin’s “Start” represented by Mārtiņš Laksas with a balance of 9-4 is in the third competition of 16 teams.
