Lebron James was so outraged to see a youth soccer coach hit a kid during a game this month … he said he might have fought the guy outright if he had been there in person.
“When I’m there and it’s not even my child, we certainly have more than just words,” said the Lakers superstar on Wednesday night.
No place in the game for such coaches. I hope he is arrested and banned forever. pic.twitter.com/1B0F2cLiqH

If you haven’t seen it … the video is pretty disturbing – a grown man attacks one of his players on the field after a game and hits the kid in the head several times before throwing them to the sidelines.
The incident reportedly took place at the American Youth Football National Championships in Kissimmee, Florida … and the child is reportedly only 9 years old
The man received a TON of backlash on social media for his actions … a lot of people were demanding his job – and even jail time.

The coach apologized via video … and said, “At the end of the day, I’m a man. I won’t make excuses for what I did” – but the Mea Culpa clearly wasn’t enough for LeBron.
James introduced the video and slammed the coach … and added, “No way! Couldn’t be my kid.”
Other athletes have voiced similar outrage … with Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe Write: “Even if * that is his child, I will whip him.”
“I won’t let anyone chase the weak or the vulnerable before me,” Sharpe continued. “That will not happen.”
It is unclear whether the coach will be prosecuted for the incident or even disciplined by the youth league.
