Catalina Fiolone entered the National Women’s Basketball Project

The Sportivo Bolívar player is one of the 102 players who have already been selected to start this plan, exclusively female, with a view to 2028.

The Argentine Basketball Confederation announced to the provincial Federations the players who were chosen for this project that has the requirements of measuring at least 1.80 m tall and between 13 and 17 years old.

For each of the chosen women, the path with the celestial and white begins now and Catalina Fiolone from Carlospace is one of them. The main objective of this development is “for girls to become athletes from the age of 14, not at 20, that they know what habits are needed for that goal, that they feel motivated and accompanied along that path, and give them the necessary tools for that ”, indicated from the Confederation.

“They will follow us up with trainers and trainers and so will a group of nutritionists. The idea is that we train 12 hours a week, so there will also be communication with our teacher at the club, always so that we can improve ”, he told Carlos Paz Alive! the player from Carlospacense.
