(Rinteln) On Monday, June 7th, 2021, it starts again every Monday at the regular times in the IGS gym on Klosterstrasse in Rinteln (Attention: Thursday training is not yet taking place again, the judoka will be from Thursday training asked to take part in the Monday training!).
Due to the current situation, the judo children / adolescents can train on Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., afterwards the adults and older adolescents train from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
For the time being, judo will be done together again in a large group with a distance In addition to the warm-up, there will be stretching exercises and then judo techniques again with a steady partner. For this, the judoka should wear their judo suit, the changing rooms are still not available. With the necessary distance, the participants want to keep fit and finally continue training.
