In this free trial workshop of the judo department of the SFD’75 the children learn the basic motor skills and the first judo techniques in a playful way.
The right falling, rolling, crawling, running, fair fighting with rules and much more is practiced with fun and games. Judo is not limited to judo techniques, judo values ​​such as courtesy, respect, helpfulness and honesty towards others are also conveyed.
Judo is ideal so that your child can reduce the excess energy that has accumulated in school after a long day at school.
