Trump to comment on Holyfield and Belfort match

The ex-president Donald Trump signed a contract for comment on a boxing event special Saturday headed by Evander Holyfield against Vitor Belfort. According to the Triller company, Donald Trump Jr., son of the ex-president, will join his father at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Hollywood (Florida). “I love great fighters and great fights,” said the former president. “I look forward to seeing you this Saturday night and sharing my thoughts in the ring. You don’t want to miss out on this special event.”

The Trumps will discuss the main event, which is backed by four bouts that include Anderson Silva-Tito Ortiz and David Haye-Joe Fournier, according to Triller. Holyfield, the 58-year-old former heavyweight champion, was called up to the fight as a replacement for Oscar de la Hoya, who tested positive for COVID-19. Belfort, 44, is a former UFC light heavyweight champion.

Trump, 75, has hosted many boxing matches in the 1980s and 1990s at his casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Triller has had famous commentators before. Snoop Dogg was part of Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr.’s November broadcast and also the April fight between Jake Paul and Ben Askren. Pete Davidson was also part of the April broadcast.

Longtime HBO man Jim Lampley will comment on the main stream alongside former champion Shawn Porter, but viewers will have the option to purchase the Trump-featured broadcast for $ 49.99.
