Barcelona’s left-back Jordi Alba declared this Saturday, after drawing 1-1 with Alavés, that “with little” rivals easily score goals for his team.

“A bad point. Everything that is not adding three points at home and away for Barcelona is bad, and even more so because of how we are in the standings,” Alba told Movistar +.

“He is telling us to score a goal and with little that they reach us, they make us a goal, and that’s how it is complicated. I hope better streaks will come,” added the internaconal, who instituted: “They have created us many chances, but with little they score us” .

On Sergi Barjuán’s debut as coach, Alba said: “They are different coaches, but the idea remains the same: we have attacked a lot, we have created very clear chances. Hopefully we can improve for our own good.”

“We are trying. We generate good game, but what matters is what happens in both areas. We have to improve and be more involved,” he said.
