Neymar is called waste by France Football

Amidst the stalemate over his future, Neymar was called a “waste” by France Football, France’s leading magazine. This week’s publication dedicated 10 pages to address the career of the Brazilian at Paris Saint-Germain. According to the vehicle, the attacker’s image is damaged.

“Promised to rule the world of football, Neymar has yet to keep his promises that have emerged since his debut, let alone at PSG,” the magazine published.

Throughout the report, France Football compares Neymar (now 27) to other great players in Brazilian football when they were the same age as the striker. Names like Pelé, Garrincha, Zico, Romário, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Kaká are on the comparison list.

Kaká, for example, had already won the award for best in the world when he reached the age that Neymar is today.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker still has no definite future in Europe. Barcelona and Real Madrid are looking to hire the player. But the PSG has adopted an uncompromising stance in the negotiations.
