The Houston Astros beat the Boston Red Sox to reach the World Series

At ALCS, when the Astros made their fifth consecutive round, the Red Sox fought more. Not only did they have more experience than the White Sox, they also had one of baseball’s best offenses threatening the Astros staff.

The Astros followed the series, two games at a time, before breaking a three-game winning streak. They scored nine points in Game 4 and again in Game 5 in Boston.

Back in Houston for Race 6, the winning formula was different. The Astros took the lead 2-0 in 7 innings, both in evidence Loafer Jordan Alvarez, Named the most valuable player in the series – then faced three more in a home run by Kyle Tucker in eighth place.
