Qualified Piacenza athletes
The Piacenza Farnesiana-Acrobatic Karate hit another important goal in Vignola (Modena), where the regional phase of the Italian Junior Karate Championships (free combat specialty) was held.
Four athletes from Piacenza also participated in the competition reserved for athletes born in 2004-2006: for all of them the qualification for the Italians arrived to be held in Ostia (Rome) at the federal Olympic center.
Gold medal for Angelica Ghilardotti (-53 kg), for Martina Genovese (-48 kg) and for Santi Kazazi (-61 kg), while Maria Silvia Obertelli (-59 kg) was awarded the bronze medal. Furthermore Maya Pilot she is qualified by right, as per federal regulation, as champion of Italy in 2019.
About 400 finalists from all regions of Italy will be present at the Italian junior championship, representing the 1200 affiliated companies of Fijlkam (Italian federation of judo, fight, karate, martial arts).
