The Brazilian cyclist from Movistar Vinicius Rangel, a promise of only 20 years, was surprised by a deliveryman while undergoing training in his native country. The athlete has gone viral in recent hours since on a straight, he was overtaken by the rider, wearing flip-flops and with an old bicycle, while the professional was dressed in his official clothing and on his competition vehicle.

The delivery man, despite going with a backpack, keeps up with Rangel’s rhythm, who as you can see in the video, rolls to 37 kilometers per hour, a high speed and close to those reached in official competitions. Even the athlete ends up leaning on the back of his unexpected competitor.

Later, when asked how he could pair up with a professional, the rider assured that he runs an average of between 80 and 100 kilometers daily cycling for a living.
