Boulazac will travel to the round of 16 of the Coupe de France

The Périgord club will have to work for a Betclic Élite team, at the start of 2022

The draw for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France basketball, made on Wednesday December 8, was not kind to Boulazac Basket Dordogne.

The Pro B club (there are only three) will have to move to Fos-sur-Mer, resident of Betclic Élite.

The match is scheduled for Wednesday February 16, in the Bouches-du-Rhône.

Ex-Boulazacois opposite

The Fosséens, promoted to elite, are currently 14th with four wins and six losses. They include in their ranks the former Boulazacois Lasan Kromah. For its part, the Périgourdins have just signed four consecutive victories to balance their record and move up to 12th place in Pro B.

During the previous laps, Fos won in Saint-Vallier (Pro B, 76-82) and ahead of Andrézieux (N1, 79-68) then Mulhouse (N1, 90-79). The BBD won in La Rochelle (N1, 78-93), against Quimper (Pro B, 68-63) and Évreux (Pro B, 75-70).
