First-named include Tom Chambers, as well as referees John Clougherty, Joey Crawford and coach David Hixon.

The other players are Chauncey Billups, Muggsy Bogues, Marcus Camby, Michael Cooper, Mark Eaton, Michael Finley, Richard Hamilton, Mark Jackson, Marques Johnson, Shawn Marion, Lamont Robinson, Buck Williams and John Williamson.

The finalists will be known during NBA All-Star Weekend on February 18 in Cleveland. The winners will be announced in April.
