Last weekend the Romagna Judo Team participated in Follonica (Grosseto), in the Italian martial arts championship of Csen (The National Educational Sports Center), one of the major sports promotion bodies at national level. Over 300 athletes of the beginner categories A and B from all over Italy, competed on the tatami. The Romagna Judo Team was present with the athletes Giulia Dollaku rookie A and Riccardo Casella rookie B. And two medals arrived for the young athletes from Romagna. Gold medal for Giulia Dollaku who won all the matches for Ippon (highest score) thus conquering the national Csen title. Silver medal for Riccardo Casella who lost only in the final after winning four matches for Ippon. The Romagna Judo Team on Saturday 18 December organizes the youth event ‘Trofeo Città di Lugo’ which will take place in Lugo Pala Lumagni.
The Romagna Judo Team carries out its activity in Lugo at the Ex Enal gym in via Emaldi 20, Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 4.45 pm children course, at 6 pm course for children, at 7.30 pm adults. A self-defense course will begin shortly.
