The 23-year-old goalkeeper has been playing for Ekaterinburg’s Avtomobilist since the 2016/2017 season, playing a total of 11 games for KHL, with an average of 3.44 puck and 88.1% off.
Gross has not played this season, but last season he defended the Russian Premier League (VHL) team Uchali “Gornjak” in seven games, averaging 2.84 puck and repelling 92.3% of the opponent’s shots, while KHL’s Ektinburg Avtomobilist scored defended in nine matches, with an average of 3.16 puck and 89.2% throw-in.
It has already been reported that on Monday, Riga’s “Dinamo” announced the replacement of goalkeeper Juhan Matson to “Avtomobilist” in Ekaterinburg.
The next game will be played by Rigans on December 20, hosting “Dinamo” in Minsk.
In the overall rating of the Western Conference, the Riga unit with 30 points in 38 games is in the last 12th place.
