This Sunday, Anderlecht and Standard will resume the season after the winter break by the Clasico. And although the two teams have not been in top form for several seasons, it remains a special game for supporters on both sides.
Three days before this important meeting for the fans, Anderlecht supporters put up a banner in front of the Standard stadium to (kindly) mock the management of the Rouches and the general poor health of the Standard.
“Encu *** le Standard, you do that better than us. Thanks Bruno!”, can we read in purple and black. A nod to the many banners against the management that have flourished around the Sclessin stadium for several weeks due to the poor results of Standard.
