The surprise of this Wednesday evening comes from Ostend! The Coastal Coach Alexander Blessin is leaving his post to join Serie A and more specifically Genoa, the Ostend club announced on its website.
This is obviously a big loss for the KVO. Arrived last season in the Pro League, the German tactician quickly proved himself, finishing in a good fifth place with Ostend and winning the title of coach of the year in stride. This season is nevertheless more complicated for the people of Ostend who are struggling to maintain (15th with 23 points).
