Alexander Schmidt hard served! Dynamo Dresden’s coach is silent after the 3-0 defeat against FC Carl Zeiss Jena

Coach Alexander Schmidt didn’t like this performance at all! Dynamo Dresden‘s reserves and youth players lost significantly against FC Carl Zeiss Jena.

Dresden – Still in a good mood on Friday evening, Alexander Schmidt (53) was really served less than 24 hours later.

So much so that Dynamo Dresden’s coach preferred not to comment after the 3-0 friendly defeat of his black and yellow reserve squad against FC Carl Zeiss Jena.

After Fabian Eisele made it 0-1, Schmidt’s state of mind really became apparent for the first time when Jong-Min Seo (19) received a lecture from the 53-year-old for several minutes.

The reason was probably the offensive player’s catastrophic bad pass, which led to the deficit in the 30th minute and the Koreans being substituted just three minutes later.

Even after that, Schmidt saw little that was edifying. “You can tell that there are few processes. The team was thrown together, sometimes we had a bit of bad luck or the individual mistakes were too big,” explained Paul Will (22), one of four players who also played in the 1-1 draw against HSV got a few minutes of play.

Even they could not prevent Jenas Lucas Stauffer (26) from scoring his two goals to make it 0:2 and 0:3.

Dynamo was only dangerous twice. But both Patrick Weihrauch (27, 1st) and Oliver Batista Meier (20, 45th) failed at Jena keeper Tom Müller (24).
