Pending the dispute of all the recoveries that remain of the first round (the clear home victory of Germani Brescia arrived last night against Carpegna Prosciutto Pesaro, Trieste‘s next rival on Sunday afternoon at the Dome), l’Allianz saw the list of possible opponents to be faced in the quarter-finals of Italian Cup, within the Final Eight of Pesaro scheduled for February 16th.
The red and white of Franco Ciani will conquer the third place in two cases: with one victory next Friday at Palaverde versus Treviso, or coming out empty-handed from the confrontation against Nutribullet and with the simultaneous defeat of Dolomites Energy Trentino in the internal match against Varese. With these two combinations, the Allianz would deal with the Bertram Tortona, ranked sixth at the end of the first round. In the event of a defeat against Treviso and a simultaneous victory of Trento against Openjobmetis, the giuliani would close half the regular season in fourth position, then facing in the Italian Cup just the Germani Brescia.
