The manager explained how they did it: “We did some work, an initial analysis of what the positions were, talking about it with the coaching staff, that we believed we had to strengthen the team, in some we were with the coaching staff, in others we decided as an institution, but always with respect for the sports project that the teacher directs, it is not that the sports committee decided in its own way and that the teacher came to training one day and found the new players, no, here everything has been previously discussed with the coaching staff.
Then the presentations of the players who renewed were made: Eber Moreno, Emerson Batalla and Luis Sánchez.
The youth players who go up to the professional team: Edson Acevedo, Joider Micolta, Sergio Mosquera, Luis Mosquera, Juan Sinisterra, Jhan Moreno, Ánderson Gómez.

Then there was the press conference with the coach Juan Carlos Osorio, in which he spoke about the new members: “I think it’s pertinent and appropriate to talk about the 7 reinforcements, I think Iago is very important, but I think it’s time to clarify that situation, John, Didier, Juan Camilo, Daniel and Esneyder it is well known that, without being xenophobic at all, I do support Colombian talent a lot and I decided to stay and work in Colombian soccer precisely to try to give opportunities (rotations) to all Colombians possible. Now, as our senior boss said, if they are talented, if they are good people, professionals. All the more reason, then I never opposed any of those contracts and then today after 10 sessions with each of them, I think they can contribute to the club”.
