The Haut-Marnais archers shone during the indoor 2×18 meter competition contested in Suippes on Sunday 23 January.
Ten archers from Haut-Marne took part, on Sunday January 23, in the 2×18 meter indoor competition in Suippes (Marne). Seven of them have monopolized podiums.
Ninety-five archers, mainly from Marne, took part in this event. Among the youngsters, the Bettancourtois Henry Méry, alone in the chicks category, achieved a score of 227 points. In minimal, the SLO Bettancourt achieved a full box on the podium with the first place for Maxime Block, the second for Victor Willemin -Breteau and the third for Nathan Bouveret.
In the junior category, the Bettancourtoise Giulia Vallelian, with 482 points, finished second behind Cloé Depart (Epernay), author of 511 points.
As for the seniors, the Eclaronnais Jean-Luc Chevillion won the event in seniors 2 recurve with 554 points. Emmanuel Perny (1st Compagnie d’Arc d’Eclaron) and Christophe Vallelian (SLO Bettancourt) rank 13 respectivelye and 14e with 450 and 446 points.
In seniors 3, the Chaumontais Dominique Bodson finished tenth with 397 points on the clock. Finally, the Eclaronnais Jacky Soudant, in senior 3 compound, took third place with 554 points.
