This weekend the first competition of the 2021 season was held, and it could not be in a better way than with a national master for the sub17 category in the Extremaduran town of Villanueva de la Vera.

In the women’s singles category, despite developing a good game, the women from Zamora did not know victory, showing very good moments with tight scores and disputed points.
It was in the women’s doubles where the best news came, touching the pass to the semifinals, and therefore, the fight for medals. In an even game from start to finish, Aitana Ares and Elena Turiel played one of their best games, always going ahead on the scoreboard, it was in the final stretch where they ended up losing for an even 21-18/21-17, committing certain pressure errors.
