Beating in the pub area, final sentence for “Bruno”

Final sentence for a beating in the pub area by Gianluca Di Silvio, known as Bruno, later involved in the anti-mafia investigation called “Alba Pontina”.

It was 2014 when a 20-year-old Albanian reported being attacked and beaten with a baseball bat by the clan in via Neghelli.

A story for which Gianluca Di Silvio, his brother Samuele and Salvatore Sparta Leonardi, the son of a collaborator of justice, were arrested.

On 19 June 2020, the Court of Appeal of Rome, partially reforming the sentence issued the year before by the Court of Latina, sentenced “Bruno” to one and a half years in prison for the injuries against the young Albanian.

A sentence now confirmed by the Supreme Court, which declared Di Silvio’s appeal inadmissible.
