Bertan is left without points for the Wizards’ loss to the Nets

The US capital‘s team at home with a score of 118: 119 (28:33, 34:41, 24:23, 32:22) acknowledged the superiority of Brooklyn’s “Nets.”

Bertan played for eight minutes and 16 seconds, did not take his only long shot, broke the rules once and got a positive +/- score (+4).

Bradley Bill was the top scorer in the Wizards with 23 points.

Cairo Irving, who scored the most or 22 points in the first half, scored 30 points. Lamarkus Oldridge still had 27 points and James Harden 18 points.

At the end of the dramatic match, Kails Kuzma scored 36 seconds before the end of the regular time and defeated the opponents to one point. At the end of the second half, Montrezl Herels blocked the shot and gave the home team a chance to win.

The Wizards did not take a minute’s break, and neither Kuzma nor Spencer Dinvidy hit their long-range shots in the last attack. Thus, the results remained unchanged and the Nets won only the fifth victory in the last 12 games.

The Wizards are in eighth place in the Eastern Conference with 23 wins in 45 games, with the Nets taking third place in 28 battles with 28 successes.

The Wizards will continue to play three more home games, the next one against the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
