The creditors of ex-tennis pro Boris Becker have received a first repayment of their debts. This is reported by the “image”. Accordingly, the financial investigators were able to collect around 890,000 euros from Becker last year.
For the creditors, this meant, according to “Bild”: They only received 0.85 cents per euro of debt, because, among other things, procedural costs had to be paid from the money. The remainder was then distributed equally to the creditors.
Becker creditors are paid a small amount
Becker is said to have around 37 million euros in debt, a London court declared him insolvent in 2017. According to “Bild”, Becker will have to appear in court again in March this year.

At the end of 2019, however, the British insolvency authorities had extended Becker’s conditions by twelve years because they accused him of providing incomplete information.
