“I have a problem with alcohol

The defendant’s explanations are vague. His blood alcohol level was 2 g/l of alcohol in the blood when the police checked him after his arrest following a call from a neighbor the same evening.

He requires a mixed sentence of 24 months in prison, including six months suspended probation for two years.

The court ultimately sentences the defendant to 18 months in prison, six of which were probationary suspended for two years, plus an obligation to care, to work or to undergo training, a ban on coming into contact with the victim, a ban on going to his former building and a ban on carrying or possessing a weapon.

At the end of the hearing, the man, in detention since December 12 (he had requested a referral of his case on December 14), returned to prison.
