Chris Brown again accused of rape: the chilling details of the complaint

The singer Chris Brown is once again accused of rape by a young woman. The facts would have happened on the yacht of the star.

The star would have raped the young woman while her yacht was moored next to her house. This lawsuit could cost him 20 million dollars. The victim wished to remain anonymous. It was nevertheless revealed that she is a professional choreographer, dancer, model and works in music. She said in her complaint that Chris Brown, now a father of two, had been friendly before suddenly changing and raping her. The circumstances of the assault have been revealed through TMZ. According to them, the singer had convinced the victim to go immediately to his Miami home. The victim went to the scene on December 30, 2020. The interpreter of Run It! would then have proposed to the young woman to have a drink in the kitchen.

She then told police that she walked into the star’s kitchen where he gave her a red mug with a mixed drink and they started talking. After filling her cup a second time, she claims to have started to feel a “sudden, unexplained change in consciousness“. In the file, it is stipulated that the young woman felt “disoriented, physically unstable and started to fall asleep. Then, she was taken to a room by the singer when she was, according to her, drugged and asleep. She was allegedly stripped naked in the bedroom and forcefully kissed as she mumbled for Chris Brown to stop. She was then allegedly raped. The young woman claimed that the singer had ejaculated inside her, and had texted her to take the birth control pill the next day, which the young woman did.

The victim is now seeking $20 million in damages from the star, saying the alleged rape is causing her severe emotional distress.

The ex of Rihanna had already been convicted of violence against the singer from Barbados after a violent attack in 2009. He has since been worried several times by the courts in other cases.

Chris Brown remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
