At the beginning of December, the club was proud to organize its first passage of grades for children, surrounded by adults black belts. The handing-over of the seat belts followed a few days later.

Taiso lessons are renewed

Its practice allows you to improve or maintain your physical condition in a friendly atmosphere. Open to all and for all ages, the taïso is supervised by a dynamic and motivated team.

For all of these practices, the prevention and physical distancing measures defined by the French Judo Federation are obviously taken into account.
