Dāvis Bertāns will be able to take part in the next game, reports the Washington “Wizards” team.
Dāvis did not go to the field of the National Basketball Association match on Saturday due to a sprained leg muscle, in which he represented the Portland “Trail Blazers” 110: 115 at the home of the Washington “Wizards”.
Josh Robins, a reviewer of The Athletic, writes on Twitter that Bertan had a light training session on Sunday morning.
Wizards later announced that Bertāns will be available for the game on Monday. Bradley Bill, meanwhile, is subject to the Covid-19 protocol and his match is still in question.
Martin Luther King Day will be celebrated on Monday and the game will start earlier on the federal holiday in Washington. “Wizards” will start a match with Philadelphia’s “76ers” at home at 9 pm Latvian time.
Bertāns scored 6.4 points in an average of 16 minutes in 29 games this season and won 2.0 rebounds. He has scored long shots with an accuracy of 33.8%, lagging behind the performance of previous seasons, but in the last 14 games he has sent 42% of thirds in the basket.
The Wizards are in ninth place in the Eastern Conference with 22 wins and 21 losses.
