The victory in the regular game of the American Hockey League (AHL) was won on Sunday by Manitoba’s Moose, represented by Latvian striker Harald Egle, while goalkeeper Artūrs Šilovs remained outside the application for the Ebotsford Canucks.
Moose beat the Wolves of Chicago 3: 1 (0: 1, 1: 0, 2: 0). Egle performed one shot in the opponent’s goal and the game ended with a neutral efficiency. In total, this season Egle AHL has played 18 games, in which he scored three goals, gave five assists, earned two penalty minutes and reached a positive efficiency of +9.
Meanwhile, the Canucks without Codid-19’s Shilov beat San Diego’s Gulls 4-2 (1: 2, 3: 0, 0: 0) for the second day in a row. Šilovs has played nine games in the AHL this season, repelled 89.5 percent of the throw, scored an average of 2.78 goals per game and reached one “dry” match. Moose is second with 47 points in 35 matches in the Central Division and Canucks is sixth in the Pacific with 32 points in 30 games.
In the regular championship, until the end of April, the teams will play an unequal number of games – 76, 72, or 68 -, dividing the places according to the points / match ratio won. It is planned that starting from next season, all units in the regular tournament will play 72 games.
