Evan Dimas’ Message to Indonesian National Team Players: Play Abroad : Okezone Bola

GIANYAR Evan Dimas advised the players of the Indonesian National Team (Timnas) to play abroad. Evan set himself as an example because he only briefly played abroad.

Evan has experience playing overseas even if only for a year. He played for Malaysian club, Selangor FC, from 1 January 2018 to 1 January 2019.

Even so, many other Indonesian national team players are still playing abroad. Take, for example, Asnawi Mangkualam (Ansan Greeners, South Korea), Egy Maulana Vikri and Witan Sulaeman (FK Senica, Slovakia).

Several other Indonesian national team players are also ready to follow. Evan Dimas also advised the players of the pride of the country to take the opportunity to play abroad if they get it.

“If you have the opportunity to play abroad, you play abroad. If I might be too late, yes. In the past, I did play abroad, but in the end I didn’t play abroad (again),” Evan said at a press conference, Wednesday (26/1/2021).

A number of Indonesian players, who have escaped the spotlight despite playing abroad, are also numerous. For example, Khuwailid Mustafa (Qatar SC, Qatar), Muhammad Reza Kusuma (NHK Primorac, Croatia), Natanael Siringoringo (Kelantan FA, Malaysia), Ilham Yuda (CD Estepona, Spain), and Khairul Imam Zakiri (CP Villarrobledo, Spain). .

If all Indonesian players perform well abroad, it is not impossible that one of them can penetrate big European clubs. Some players, who have not yet entered the Indonesian national team, can also play for the Garuda symbol on the chest one day.
