FREEMAN, Larry Everett
May 21, 1947 – January 7, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Everett Freeman on Friday, January 7, 2022 in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 74.
Larry was born in Toronto, Ontario on May 21, 1947. He lived in several places around Canada before retiring and moving to Cochrane, Alberta to be closer to family.
Larry was an avid skier, curler and golfer. In his earlier years, he also played hockey and baseball. Larry spent 35 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Electronics Technician.
Larry is survived by his wife, Roma; son, Drew and his wife Jessica; daughter, Julia and her partner Chris; grandchildren, Braydon, Makayla and Alyssa; sister-in-law, Lois; and brother-in-law, Calvin. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Everett and Margrete; and his brothers, Doug and Frank.
His survivors will honour his memory by continuing to live life to the fullest.
