giant hail caused damage in Córdoba

As if they weren’t enough drought and the heat wave, numerous lots in the area of Berrotarán, a town located north of the department of Río Cuarto in the center-west of the province of Córdoba, suffered on Sunday afternoon a strong hailstorm that completely destroyed them.

The images, shared by Twitter user @meteomat, show stones that they measure about five centimeters in diameter, about the size of a tennis ball.

Logically, with such a dimension, the lots of corn and soybeans that suffered this phenomenon were completely destroyed.

The phenomenon affected the entire region that involves the south of the department of Calamuchi and part of Tercero Arriba.
