Good news! After returning to Pelatnas, Kevin Sanjaya Cs will face the 2022 Badminton Asia Team Championship

HALOYOUTH – The athletes who are members of the PBSI Pelatnas have returned to Cipayung to return to training and prepare to take part in the series of world championships in 2022.

This certainty was seen after they returned to the National Training Center, fulfilling a call from the PBSI Central Management through a circular letter that had been issued.

The athletes were called to carry out a series of medical tests, the tests themselves were carried out at the Cipayung National Training Center, Jakarta, 19-20 January 2022.

The PBSI doctor, Grace Joselini Corlesa, explained that this series of tests aims to update the data obtained last year, as well as to determine the risk of injury and other problems.

“Ideally, the data for existing athletes should be updated every six months to once a year. We will see how it develops and then monitor the previous results until now. So this is only a periodic test as well as screening for health both physically and medically, as well as for prevention injury or other problems,” Grace said as quoted by Haloyouth.com from Instagram @badmninton.ina on Thursday, January 20, 2022.

After carrying out a series of tests, the doctor from PBSI conveyed the results of the test by stating that the athletes did not experience much change.

“The result is that there are not many existing athletes who experience changes except for some in body composition from muscle mass and fat mass due to changes in training schedules or eating schedules. This is a record, but in my opinion it is still reasonable because they are out of vacation,” explained Grace.

From these results, it means that the athletes who have returned to Pelatnas do not experience serious problems and are ready to return to training and are ready to take part in the world tournament in 2022.
