Grayson Allen was suspended one game for his foul against Alex Caruso

Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard Grayson Allen was suspended one game for his flagrant foul against Alex Caruso on Friday night in the NBA.

Caruso will have to undergo wrist surgery as a result of the foul and will be out four to six weeks.

“Allen could have ended Caruso’s career,” coach Billy Donovan told ESPN. “Allen has a history of this type of action. I hope the league takes a good look at what happened and there are consequences.”

Grayson Allen will miss Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers and forfeit $27,963 in salary.
