Gui Badminton Club, donates rice to Gui-myeon, Wanju-gun |
[더뉴스코리아=윤진성 기자] On the 14th, the Gui Badminton Club donated 26 bags of 10 kg of rice to the Gui-myun Community Security Council to deliver it to families in need during the upcoming Lunar New Year holidays.
Gui Badminton Club has been donating rice every year by members who are willing to donate, and practiced unchanging love for neighbors this year as well.
The rice donated on this day will be delivered to 26 households in poor living conditions in the blind spot of welfare.
CEO Lee Seon-jin said, “Although it was difficult to maintain the club due to COVID-19, we could not ignore the yearly help of our neighbors. We hope that our warm hearts will be conveyed to the residents of Gui, who are having a more difficult winter due to the bitter cold and COVID-19.”
Jin-yup Jeon, head of Gui-myeon, said, “I would like to thank Gui Badminton Club for giving warm love so that neighbors in need do not feel left out.”
