Haaland still has a contract until mid-2024 at Signal Iduna Park, but Manchester City, Real Madrid, free, online, without ads, Spanish Super Cup | Spanish League”>Barcelona and Real Madrid, among others, have the Norwegian striker on their wish list.
According to a clause in his contract, Haaland could leave for a fee of 75 to 90 million euros. But Dortmund are doing everything they can to extend Haaland’s contract, upgrade it and in doing so drive up the transfer fee.
But Haaland is not yet thinking about his future, he says on the Norwegian TV channel Viaplay Fotball. “I haven’t said anything for the last six months out of respect for the club, but now they’re pushing me too much to make a decision.”
“I only want to focus on football, but apparently that is not possible. It is not the ideal time to make decisions, because we are in an important phase of the competition with many matches.”
“But Dortmund is starting to put a lot of pressure on me.” Haaland does decide that it is “time to get to work” and that “things have to be done”. So maybe the Norwegian will make the decision soon after all.
