Hertha BSC: trouble about Müller-Tor in Bayern victory: fan whistle irritates defense – Bundesliga

Hertha loses 1:4 against Bayern. A fan with a whistle provides the extra dose of frustration.

The scene that confused all Berliners in particular: Before Thomas Müller made it 2-0, a whistle of an unknown kind echoed through the Olympic Stadium, which was almost empty with 3,000 spectators (74,545 seats).

The exact procedure: Kimmich takes the free kick after the official whistle from referee Bastian Dankert (Rostock), the second whistle from a grandstand fan irritates the Berlin defenders in particular. Müller meets completely freestanding, Hertha’s Boyata raises his hands questioningly. Motto: Didn’t someone whistle for the free kick?

Even Müller was amazed at the amount of space in a standard. The national player at DAZN: “I honestly have to say that my goal wasn’t really defended either. I’ll be happy to take that with me.”

The biggest Hertha whistle was a fan.

Stadium announcer Fabian von Wachsmann warns the troublemaker and asks him to end his wrong game. If he wants to do referee training, he is welcome to contact Hertha. It didn’t help. The Hertha whistle continues to be a nuisance. And not for the first time this season.

Hertha remains in the bottom of the table, has three points on relegation place 16. All three home games this year are lost – in the Bundesliga against Cologne (1: 3) and Bayern, in the DFB Cup against Union Berlin (2: 3).

On average, there is a defeat in every second game, ten out of 20 games of the season were lost. Now it comes to the basement duel against Bochum (4.2.). Hopefully without the fan whistle in the Olympic Stadium.
