The judo competition returned this weekend for the Judo Gala with Huesca as the protagonist”>Alto Aragonese with the dispute of a Children’s Spanish Super Cup in the Catalan town of Tortosa. There they competed Ibon de Huesca School with Raúl Poblador at the helm and the Judo Club Binefar with Antonio Clager and Raúl Clemente as responsible. For most of the young judoka it was their first competition of this level after the parenthesis due to the pandemic, which has left the scene without competition in recent seasons, and the jump in age category. All in all, good balance with four bronze medals, two for each club, and three fifth places, two from Huesca and one from Bilbao.
By the Ibón, on the female competition Irene Miranda participated, who fell in the first round and also failed to win in the play-off, and Silvia Vives, who lost the first match against the one who later became champion and later won in the play-off, to fight for the bronze in a match that she lost to be fifth.

Martina Aurín also participated in -52 kg, Sofia Caferatta en -57 kg and Hector Cardil in -66 kg, that although they did not manage to get on the podium on this first occasion, they performed a magnificent competition.
This Sunday also competed the junior Alba Cajal and Alejandro Mairal, who did not get on the podium but were at a good level.
