Nika doesn’t have to think about self-motivation either – if a person does what he really likes, everything happens on his own, he is a confident coach.

But how can other women who are not close to their “ideal” body not smash themselves on the path to a better version of themselves?

Nick reveals the formula for self-acceptance – it’s important to please yourself and then it doesn’t matter, wear a size 36 or 42. “The story isn’t about size, it’s about what you put in your head!” its TV channel “STV First!” in the program “Mommy Club” says Nick. She emphasizes that the physical body cannot be trained without the participation of the mind, and slimming also begins in the brain.
