Oaxaca de Juarez, Oaxaca. January 24, 2022.- The Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Oaxaca (Incude Oaxaca) presented the call for the Conade 2022 National Games, in its different stages. The presentation was headed by the head of Incude, Montserrat de los Ángeles Aragón Heinze, who explained the points of the call that was adapted to the state in terms of the dates of completion of each stage.
He stressed that the state call is due to the official publication of the National Commission for Physical Culture and Sports (Conade), for all the states of the country and in the case of Oaxaca, work was done to have the calendars of the municipal stages, state regional , state, national regional, regional macro and the final.
He added that in Oaxaca no event can be held with the intention of qualifying for any of the stages, without being officially approved by Conade and Incude Oaxaca.
This year Oaxaca will have the opportunity to compete in 32 sports disciplines, of the 49 that are convened at the national level, something that has not been had in the history of the sport of the entity, since they will also work in a coordinated manner in at least three new such as roller skates, breaking and sport climbing.
The works with canoeing, horsemanship, weightlifting and handball will be supported, along with the sports that compete in daily life, which adds up to an important participation from Oaxaca.
The head of Incude Oaxaca said that those who are interested in competing should read the call that appears on the official page www.oaxaca.gob.mx/incude/, but she announced that it is open to all athletes without the need to join any sports association.
Incude Oaxaca will have the responsibility of sheltering the delegations of the different regions, starting at the state stage, then the national or macro-regional regional stage, as the case may be, and the national stage; before that, the municipalities will be responsible for the costs of their representatives.
Oaxaca will compete in the disciplines of 3×3 basketball, breaking, sport climbing, roller skating, surfing and archery that will qualify for the national stage with its state stage.
In the regional stage, the sports of chess, boxing, karate, horsemanship, weightlifting, taekwondo and triathlon will be classified.
Those classified in the macro-regional stage are athletics, basketball, baseball, cycling, racquetball, soccer, handball, judo, associated wrestling, softball, tennis, volleyball and beach volleyball.
The disciplines that will be classified by national qualifying event are open water, squash and swimming.
As for the dates of the events, it is contemplated that between January 28 and February 6 the municipal and state regional stages will be held; the state one would be from February 24 to March 6, while the national regional between March and April, so that in May and June the Conade National Games are held in their second edition.
